Bucktails, duck feathers and other stuff

What do you guys do with the bucktails and feather from you hunts and whatnot? I'm interested in buying some for tying ties and lures.

Specifically what duck feathers do you want/need. And if I get a deer this year ill send you the tail if I remember. All for free as far as I'm concerned.

I wondered if there were regs. on that. Free is good. That way we all stay in good standing with the law. I guess some states might view that as poaching.

Some of the states have restrictions on Whitetail Deer parts in particular, due to concerns over the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease. A tail with the bone in might have enough nervous system tissue to be a concern in those states.

I saw regular and dyed deer tails at Bass Pro the other day. Do you dye yours Willie? I also have an assortment of poultry and turkey feather if you use them.
