scouting and found Poul'doeu for you Cajun's

Lol , went out on a scouting mission and these waterfowl swamp chickens (coot) were swimming all around the boat . Now you coon's always claim these birds taste great . In all my years never tried one , so what is your secret fixing these things , haha !

I hunted with a guy once that blasted every coot that swam by the decs. All morning I listened to him telling me how good he could cook them. So I tried his coot (yeah, I know how that sounds!). They had a very strong liver taste to them. I didn't really care for the taste, but I guess if you like the taste of beef liver then go for it! I do, however, use them for training dogs.
