Shipping

 

As the North American distributor of SPS products, we ship only to addresses in the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Orders usually ship within 48 hours of payment (excluding weekends, holidays, hunting season, and when the fish are biting). At MudMotorKit.com we keep our overhead low, so we can pass those savings along to our customers.  We strive to keep our shipping charges as close as possible to the actual cost of packaging materials, packing labor, insurance, and postage.

We ship kits insured, with FedEx ground, UPS ground, or USPS ground shipping, and most parts by Priority Mail.  You can determine the shipping and handling cost for items in your shopping cart prior to completing the checkout process.  Additional parts combined with a kit order will ship with the kit via ground shipping IF the parts will fit in the box.  Any additional parts that will not fit in the kit box will be shipped by Priority Mail.

We know you want your order as soon as possible, and we’ll do our part to get it shipped ASAP.  However, once the parcel leaves our facility we have no control over the dependability of the carriers, or the timeliness of the shipping option you choose.

Please note that all import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Damaged Items – Upon delivery, if packaging and merchandise show obvious damage, photograph the damage, refuse to accept the item from the carrier, and contact Swamp Runner immediately.  Open all delivered packaging as soon after delivery as possible and thoroughly inspect all items.  Any damage must be reported to Swamp Runner within 24 hours of delivery, so we can file a damage claim with the carrier.  If damage is reported later, the carrier will most likely not honor the damage claim.  There will be NO credit issued for late filed damage claims denied by the carrier.
